About us!

As both parents and a musical family ourselves we understand the importance of growth for our little ones. Whether that be reaching those milestones from their first smile, first word or first steps they are are wonderful moments in our Childs development. We all don’t mind when they occur, we’re just so thrilled to witness them first hand and see our little ones grow as individuals. 

 

Music can assist in all of those milestones exponentially. From speech, fine motor skills, muscle development for walking, balance and jumping. Not to mention exposure to music contributes to practicing self-expression, confidence, social and mental well being.

 

Since having provided both peripatetic & private music tuition for the past 14 years, teaching numerous instruments to the younger generation of musicians I have found that the EYFS stage has been missing in their development. Through this comes the birth of ‘Teddy Bear Music’.

 

An exciting, fun and engaging introduction to music for Babies & Toddlers to immediately immerse both themselves and parents to the wonderful, creative world of Music. We provide an immersive, engaging group activity based playgroup designed to help assist both the parent and little one to various instruments, providing exposure to melody, harmony & rhythm whilst also develop the communicative skills to share music with other children their own age. 

 

Our group sessions are fun, affordable and exciting for both child & parent and a wonderful opportunity for parents to help development those milestones for their little one while creating exciting activity based learning exercises.
